Using this concoction may allow you to wash your home with just a garden hose, and skip using a pressure washer.

Mix one part bleach with three parts lukewarm water in a large bucket, then add 1/2 cup of TSP. Stir slowly and thoroughly. If using a pump sprayer, spray the solution on one small area at a time, let it sit for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with a garden hose.

The bleach will kill the mold and mildew while the powerful TSP will dissolve the dirt and grime.
